Our Martial Arts program encompasses 5 different disciplines outlined in 3 areas of study:
Art Form: Japanese Shotokan and Americanized Tae Kwon Do karate (this is the traditional martial arts stances, blocks, history, and forms/katas)
Sport: Kickboxing/Sparring (students are taught to move, breathe, block, punch, and kick properly)
Personal Safety: Hapkido, Grappling, Wrestling (for conflict resolution, stress management, injury prevention, and learning to handle dangerous situations.
