The American Martial Arts Academy:
Making a Difference
There are few activities that improve the body and mind as effectively as formal martial arts training. Martial arts training builds strength, balance, endurance, speed and agility.
But perhaps most importantly, martial arts training builds confidence.
For over 25 years, hundreds of children, teens and adults have benefited from martial arts instruction at the American Martial Arts Academy in Seaville, Cape May County, N.J.
We've seen the transformation dozens of times … in students of all ages. Sometimes students come to us lacking self-control and discipline. Sometimes they arrive with damaged self-esteem. Often they are a bundle of boundless energy, waiting to be channeled into productivity.
The weeks and months pass and confidence grows almost daily. As the novice martial artist passes milestones and overcomes testing challenges, the confidence spills into other areas of life – school, work, play, family.
Martial arts is not a magic bullet – but its power is undeniable. Whoever you are – you can become better through martial arts training. At the American Martial Arts Academy, our mission is to teach every student to use the Martial Arts as a tool of success – for a lifetime.

Proudly Part Of
We have been an AMAA family since 2006. We have two sons who have opposite personalities, and we have found that the program at AMAA has been very well suited to each of them. Our older son has come out of his shell, gained confidence in a group setting, and has made some good friends in his class. Read More
